Haley Rank Selected to Colorado Rising Stars 2022
We are proud to announce that attorney Haley Rank has been selected to Colorado Rising Stars in 2022. Rising Stars is a subset of Super Lawyers for attorneys under age 40. Super Lawyers is a rating service of lawyers who are outstanding in their areas of practice. Attorneys selected to Rising Stars have attained a high-degree of career achievement and peer recognition.
For the fourth year, attorneys Penelope Clor and Thomas Tomazin have been selected to Colorado Super Lawyers. They continue to showcase their dedication to client experience, continued education and strong ethical practices. The selection process for Super Lawyers and Rising Stars includes annual formal nominations, research on candidates who have obtained certain honors, credentials or results. Peer-evaluation by practice area and a final selection follows.
Tomazin Law Group LLP Welcomes Henry Miniter
We are pleased to welcome Henry Miniter as our newest attorney on the Tomazin Law Group LLP team. Attorney Miniter is a former detective turned lawyer. He has experience litigating complex medical malpractice and personal injury cases. His attention-to-detail helps him gather evidence, and his passion for the law lays the groundwork for effective oral arguments in court. Haley Rank Nominated To The CTLA Board In 2021
Haley Rank was nominated to the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA) board of directors this year by CTLA’s president Jason Jordan. She was also named as one of the committee chairs for the New Lawyers Division. She will serve on the board for the next two years. She is very excited and honored by the nomination and looks forward to working on the Board. She is also hard at work planning events with her New Lawyers Division.
The CTLA is comprised of Colorado trial lawyers who are committed to the protection and advancement of individual rights and to the advancement of trial advocacy skills, high ethical standards and professionalism in the ongoing effort to preserve and improve the American system of jurisprudence. It is the CTLA’s mission to protect the rights of citizens and advance trial skills, ethical standards and professionalism.
Not only was Haley Rank nominated to the board of directors, she is leading the New Lawyers Division. This committee is for members in practice seven years or less. It assists new lawyers in their practices and their involvement in CTLA.

Thomas J. Tomazin, and Penelope L. Clor RN, JD, have been selected for 2020 Super Lawyers designations. Super Lawyers is a rating service of lawyers who are outstanding in their fields for a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Tomazin Law Group LLP, Helps Raise Over $5,000 For Blindness Research
Dedicated to supporting the Colorado community and efforts to treat serious impairments, Tomazin Law Group LLP, is proud to announce that we have helped raise more than $5,000 for the Foundation Fighting Blindness as part of our 2017 Colorado VisionWalk. The Foundation for Fighting Blindness was able surpass their fundraising goal of $185,000 to $201,600. If you were not able to join the VisionWalk, but would still like to donate, you can do so by clicking the link.
This event, which occurred in October 2017, involved a sponsored 5K Fun Run. Tomazin Law Group LLP, not only sponsored the event but also assembled a participating team, the LegalEyes. All proceeds will reportedly go toward funding research for treating and curing the disorders that cause blindness.
We look forward to participating in the 2018 VisionWalk, as well as other charity events and fundraising efforts.
