The condition of others involved in the crash has not been reported.A car accident is, by far, a devastating moment for victims who are injured. Surviving family members are prone to even more devastation when they learn that their loved one is deceased. It’s not known if any citations were issued in this case; however, the family of the deceased victim may wish to pursue a wrongful death claim against the responsible driver for justice. The civil court system in Colorado may award the plaintiff’s damages in an amount deemed appropriate if evidence presented is to the satisfaction of the court. This may result in much-needed financial relief as they cope with their sudden loss. Source: 9news.com, “1 killed in crash in Fairplay”, Kelly Sommariva, June 15, 2014
